Refund Policy

I do not do refunds typically. I only sell on Marketplace at the moment which means if I refund-I loose money. When creators sell on Marketplace Second Life takes some of the money for themselves out of every item we sell.

1. I decided I no longer wanted the item?

Response: You purchased it- sorry no refund.

2. The product does not work?

Response: I will either prove to you that it does work, or I will fix the product if their is a problem. (Usually if you do find a valid bug I will give you an extra product).



----> If I do grant you a potential refund expect:
To give me the transaction number.
24 Hours to verify.
Please conduct yourself in a professional way. (I do not like people who are rude as I am trying to help you out)

I do take refunds very seriously as I put lots of time and effort into making the product and do loose money if I refund.

Believe it or not I do care about the customer. That is why I write thank-you's when people do purchase from me. (May not apply to everyone but a majority)

My goal is to make the best product for the customers as possible.
