Mackenzie Aura -In World, Please send me an IM if I am online. I may be afk so be patient, if I do not respond within 30 minutes please make sure to send me a notecard also. At times I do leave my computer and become involved in the real world.
If I am offline please send me a NOTECARD, these do not get capped that often so you are usually safe. If I do not respond to your notecard within 48 hours send another.

Note: If I happen to be really involved in my real life- it is possible it would take me longer to respond, I expect the slowest ever is a month, more than likely it will be within 24 hours though. I do care about my customers- but I also do not want to lie in case I do happen to be very busy.
